All bookings have exclusive use of the entire house – you are not sharing the space with anyone else. Our rates are based on the # of guests that will be staying and guests must book the actual # of guests that will be staying at Pali Hale. 

Standard Nightly Rates:
$299/nt – 2 Guests (Master Bedroom)
$399/nt – 4 Guests (Main Master Bedroom and 2nd Master Bedroom)
$499/nt – 6 Guests (Main Master, 2nd Master, and Garden Bedroom)

High Season / Holidays Nightly Rates:
$399/nt – 2 Guests (Master Bedroom)
$499/nt – 4 Guests (Main Master Bedroom and 2nd Master Bedroom)
$599/nt – 6 Guests (Main Master, 2nd Master, and Garden Bedroom)

Add’l Fees:
+ $200 Cleaning Fee (incl damage insurance fee)
+ $50/nt for each additional guest over # booked if you would like to add any add’l guests to your booking. 
+ 17.96% State and County of Hawaii accomodations (13.25%) & general excise taxes (4.71%) are all added your booking rate and cleaning fee.
+ AirBnB or VRBO booking fees are not included in above (approx 14%)
